Tortillas are always in your life!

One day I made home-made tortillas with Isabel, our friend in Granada, and my sister Maren. They are really, really good. We added queso to make quesadillas. We first went to the mercado and bought the Mesca, which you then add water to make the tortillas. This tradition began with the Mayan people in this area. We ate the tortillas by the pool while we were having our usual afternoon rain.
